In this Adobe Photoshop CS5 tutorial, we’ll be using a rocky texture to create an underwater seaweed text effect in Photoshop. This is a very unique tutorial that uses textures I’ve never used before and a combination of colours that complement each other well. The effect is enchanting and a little magical, possibly the right medium to develop upon, creating a poster or some type of digital art: the kinds of art that needs to be visually enticing and themed.
